Those cozy days

First avole I need to apologize to all of you for not having posted anything in incredible two weeks!
Lately there has been su much going on including an incredible amount of studying for university and pursuing my new hobby "argentinian Tango" for which I attend dance classes at least twice a week. I have to say that this is really one of the best decisions that I could have made because it just takes my mind of everything and even turns out to be quiet of a workout sometimes. But I bet that the most of you already know that :)
But lets come to my outfit. On days where I need to stay at home due to work, bad weather or studying I try to opt for comfortable outfits which make me feel warm and  cozy all day long. This usually includes a comfortable pair of skinny jeans and a wide sweater which I like to combine with a more exciting pair of flat shoes and one or two minimalistic pieces of jewelry.

The orange pants

Today I decided to shoot my super wide orange pants which my mom was so nice to make for me last week. And since the weather was not the best, we quickly changed plans and ended up shooting in a staircase.
I really enjoyed being able to combine these pants to an exciting print-top which makes this already pretty extravagant outfit even a hint more unique.
Hair wise I decided to opt for a wet-hair look and kept my make up very natural apart from my lips which are a bright purple.

Plain and White

For this outfit I decided to combine white with...white! I actually never liked the color white that much because it always makes me look rather pale, but since the day that I bought these amazing shorts from the new Zara collection, I could not wait to combine them to my white blazer and a plain white shirt. To add a hint of color I chose to wear my corral red Buffalo heals. Definately one of my favorite summer outfits this season, which will look even a hint better when my skin is tanned.

Mix and Match

I just love those first real spring days when you wake up, the sun is shining through your window, the birds are singing and everything around you is in bloom.
Those kinds of days I usually can´t decide on what colorful piece I want to wear, so I just mixed and matched as many colours as I could today. I hope that you all like the result.

Designer Casting #2

I´m sorry that I have not posted anything for the last past days, but there was so much to do and time just seems to fly by.
Yesterday night I had the opportunity to go to a designer casting here in Berlin, where I was able to see excerpts of 10 different collections. Present was not only the anticipated audience, but also a jury which included a berliner designer and an employee of the italian Vogue. Their job was to choose the two best collections which would win their own fashion show in the berlin Showroom during this summers Fashion Week.
I must say, that I was not impressed by quiet a few of the collections. Although I did like a few and admire all these creative heads behind the labels I think that every collection needs something "unique". In other words, something special that fascinates the audience in such a way that it stays in their memories. Sadely this special touch of creativity was not found in quiet a few of the collections, which could especially be seen in the jurys faces.
Apart from this I really enjoyed the evening in this very unique location.

Black Lace

There are probably not many other accesoires or garments that make a woman look so sexy or more mysterious than black lace.
Weather it is a whole outfit which is ornated with this beautiful material, or simply a veil over the womans face, it gives the wearer a specific grace which is undescribable.

The trench

I decided to dedicate this post to one of the best coats a woman can possess: The trenchcoat. Especially in the month of April when the weather still tends to change alot it is always a good choice to wear with almost any kind of outfit.

A hint of summer

What a beautiful day! 25 degrees, blue sky and lots and lots of sun. Perfect conditions to wear my beloved mint colored plissé pants.

Not only a pair of jeans

Do you guys know the comfortable feeling that you get from slipping into your favorite pair of jeans? Although it might not be the newest anymore, you have worn it a million times and would never think of giving it away or, heaven forbid, even through it away.
My favorite pair has kept me company since 8th grade and helps me remember the "good old times". Over the years of wearing it, it started to feel like a second skin, is incredibly comfortable and is definately one of my favorite (if not my favorite) piece in my wardrobe. Although it started to show the signs of it´s age I decided to combine it with a more suffisticated white blazer (which is always a good choice in summer) and some high heel booties.

A sunny Sunday

Spring finally seems to have reached Berlin and therefore I took advantage of the nice and quiet warm weather outside and decided to take some pics of one of my favorite spring outfits.
I just love the look of my new Chanel inspired coat which was designed by a very small label called "LeSac" combined with a few more casual pieces.

Antiques Antiques

In my opinion France is one of the best places to purchase antiques. Weather you are searching for pieces of furniture, old paintings, long forgotten books or vintage clothing this country is the place where you will find what you are looking for. One of my favorite activities while I am in France is to stoll around cities and search for antique shops which always have a kind of magical feeling to them. Being able to search and find some small exclusive pieces, in these sometimes very well hidden places, always makes my heart beat a little faster.

A beautiful and relaxed Bonjour to all of you!
After having spend two and a half weeks in the sunny and quiet warm southern france I was enabled a nice and refreshed start into the new semester. But let me tell you a few little things about my trip. After having stayed in the Franche - Compté for three days, our trip took us to our little family house in the south of France where we spend most of our days taking walks at the ocean or visiting cities such as Montpellier, Perpignian or Carcassonne. Of course there was also the occasional big dinner with friends which was accompanied with a good glass of wine.

Leaving for France

It has been so cold here in Berlin and it has even snowed again during the whole week. Although I really do love winter and the snow, I must say, that it really is time for the weather to change. Seeing the sun shine and being able to wear coats which don´t make you look like a barrel would be quiet a nice change!
Thank god that I have the opportunity to travel to the south of France for two weeks where there is no snow and where it is quiet a bit warmer. And after finally having packed everything I can´t wait for the trip to start.
As I won´t have internet access during these two weeks, I will only be able to post something again as soon as I am back in Berlin. But until then I wanted to show you guys a pictures of me which was already taken about two years ago. I hope that you like it!

All time favorites and new arrivals

I´m back! After three wonderful days in the mountains which were spent with skiing and eating lots of unhealthy food I decided to share with you my all time favorites and one of my new favorite peaces for this coming summer season. So here they are:
My red nail polish which accompanies me on all of my journeys, my Louis Vouitton notebook without which I would probably even forget my head sometimes, my favorite dark blue sunnies and my casio watch which adds a touch of casual chic to all of my outfits.
Now to my new arrival: The plexiglas clutch which I cannot wait to take out of the house as soon as the weather becomes a little sunnier and warmer. Although it is transparent it surely is an eyecatcher and to tell you a little secret...plexiglas accesoires are one of many must-haves this coming summer!

Taking a break

I´m sorry that I did not manage to post something since over a week, but there was so much to do! I´ve been studying all week for an italian language exam which I need to pass this friday and therefore I have been spending alot of time at my desk which is covered with all kinds of books and dictionaries.
But thank god I have two trips which I can look forward to, and I must say that there is nothing better than to take a break from all this braindraining studying. One of these trips will take me into the mountains and the other one in the hopefully sunny southern France.

Time to say goodbye

The Fashion Week is over and with it many amazing events and fashion shows. I am already looking forward  to the 3rd of July this year, when another week full of fashion will begin in the wonderful city of Berlin.
